Payments

Cash on Delivery orders are paid directly to the rider. For digital payments, transactions are handled by the payment provider; we receive only a reference and status, never your full card or wallet credentials.

Order records are retained for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and returns purposes.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details by contacting us. Some records must be kept for completed transactions.
