Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order by phone before dispatch. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is unreachable, or the phone number cannot be verified.

Pricing

All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to weather, festivals or courier delays. Someone must be available at the address to receive the parcel.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available in supported zones. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may lead to COD being disabled for a phone number.
